Preschool Teacher/Assistant Teacher
Our philosophy for Christian Early Childhood Education (ECE) allows the teacher the opportunity to teach in an atmosphere of fun, discovery, experimentation, and expression. Through researched and proven ECE developmentally appropriate practices, the teacher creates a classroom atmosphere that is Christ-centered, exciting, engaging, age-appropriate, enriched, and stimulating. These activities foster growth for a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, language, creative, physical, and spiritual development.
Childcare Staff
Our Christian Early Childhood Education philosophy enables childcare staff to teach in a dynamic environment defined by joy, exploration, and creativity. Guided by well-researched and effective ECE practices, our educators foster a Christ-centered, vibrant, interactive classroom atmosphere tailored to each child’s needs. Through carefully designed activities, we aim to nurture holistic development, encompassing social, emotional, cognitive, linguistic, creative, physical, and spiritual dimensions.

Each day is a new opportunity to make an impact in the life of a child. Substitute Teachers will follow and teach lesson plans provided by the regular teacher, exercise classroom and behavior management skills, build relationships with students, staff and school community and bring a high level of competency, common sense and fun to the classroom.
