SUMMARY
The Director of the Early Childhood Learning Center, Family Care KIDS manages the daily operations of the Family Care KIDS Preschool. This position will help grow the program through community networking, positive promotion, and will strategically help grow this preschool.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Management – Create policies, manuals, and handbooks, supervise, hire, and train staff, and oversee daily operations of the early childhood learning centers in accordance with State law, accrediting standards, and CFC’s guiding principles. Recruit families and implement the vision and mission of the early learning center in alignment with TBRI principles. Serve as lead administrator of the school and handles problems with staff and students. Develop programming and curriculum that meets the social, physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual needs of each child. Develop and manage the learning center’s financial operations and budget. Ensure the highest measures of safety, cleanliness, and sanitation are being observed by everyone at the center. Other duties may include teaching classes as needed.
Leadership – Advocate for the mission and vision of Christian Family Care through the management of early childhood learning staff and the development of program initiatives. Engage synergistic collaboration with other CFC programs and initiatives with our “One Team” approach. Demonstrate excellence and biblical servitude leading by example during interactions, activities, and material oversight during daily operations.
Growth – Must be capable of meeting with community leaders in implementing a cultural impact plan for the targeted community.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of childcare experience and 6 credit hours of early childhood education OR a degree in early childhood, child development, or closely related field.

Our tech tools: We use Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, One Note, Outlook, and all the rest. We manage our preschool with SmartCare and Kaymbu software platforms.
