Working Hours: Full Time, Exempt (Monday – Friday)

Pay Range: $42,000 – $48,000

Summary

Family Care KIDS, a ministry of Christian Family Care, is looking to hire a full-time Assistant Director for the preschool. Are you looking for purpose in your work? Responsibilities

As the Assistant Director, you will demonstrate leadership abilities by creating and maintaining a positive learning environment for all families enrolled. The Assistant Director assists the Director in operating the center in accordance with policies, procedures, and state licensing standards to provide an educational, nurturing, and safe environment for children, staff, and parents. This individual is responsible for all school operations and assumes all Director responsibilities and duties in the absence of the Director.

This position also fulfills all record-keeping responsibilities such as child registrations, records, rosters, and emergency information as required for AZ. Dept. of Health Services, Child Care Licensing and is responsible for the school directory, weekly forms, notices, and general information required to maintain good communication with the school community.  You will assist the Director with parent communication and teacher scheduling as well as daily assessment of the campus facility and potential risk of harm or injury to any child, reporting repairs as needed.

Experiences
